Return & Refund Policy

Your product is eligible for exchange as per the warranty policy.

You have to submit the invoice as a proof of purchase.

To start a return for exchange, you can contact us at support@beurerindia.com or call 18002088284. Our support team will go through the complaint and direct you for the nearest service centre or arrange the pickup of the product to exchange. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Refunds

Refund is applicable only in case the product in exchange is not available. Under no other circumstances, refund will be done. Product can be exchanged under warranty policy.
